The capitalist world has seen major changes in the last five years. The events in Chile awaken not only anger in us, but also pain.What is more we are fully aware that Helsinki has not brought about a ceasefire, but rather provides firmer ground for a more intense struggle to maintain peace and to bring about disarmament.
