As the guilty, I deem it necessary to write a word of apology in presenting this book to the public. That is the alibi for this preface. A few years ago , I wrote a few articles on diverse subjects welded together by a broad thematic nexus of social justice in some of its Facets. As a man of law I know that thoughts and ideas fresh when first presented, become faded or fallen by the sheer operation of the bar of limitation . I was worried, when this collection of articles projected as a book took a longer time than i expected, that obsolescence might affect the worth of the pages.
